Prices are inclusive of Florida State Taxes.

There is a minimum length of stay depending on time of year - please enquire for details. 

 

Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a £100 end of stay cleaning charge.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable at time of booking, along with a completed booking form. 

​

Final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival

A security/damage deposit of £300 is required with final balance and will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory report from the Management Company.

Heating of the pool is an optional extra and is usually necessary between October until April. Please enquire for pool heating prices as these vary depending on time of year.

Booking process

​

On receipt of a completed booking form and 20% non refundable deposit, your dates with be confirmed.

​

The balance and a security/damage deposit of £300 ($500) is payable 90 days prior to your arrival.

​

Villa directions, electronic door & Wifi codes, along with contact details for our property manager are sent 2 weeks prior to check in.

Your security/damage deposit is returned by bank transfer within 10 days of departure, subject to a satisfactory report from the property manager
